Financial Analyst (m/f)

Ihre Aufgaben:

Control and maintain monthly SAP and HFM reporting in Local- and US-GAAP
Support the Finance Manager and Controller in Germany
Support month/year end closing process (HGB and US-GAAP) by calculating and posting various US-GAAP adjustments, reconciliation of reporting systems (HFM, SAP ODW), SG&A reporting
Execute various batch inputs (salaries, wages, travel, etc.) and prpare annual book entries (inventory revaluation at lower cost of market, etc.)
Prepare monthly/quarterly/annual reporting schedules incl. analyses of financial figures for German legal entities
Prepare VAT-, insurance tax- and salary tax returns on a timely basis
Coordinate accounts reconciliation process and analyses of financial figures
Manage capital expenditure reporting and respective analyses
Ensure that audit (internal/external) requirements are solved and satisfied
Cooperate closely with shared service centre in UK to ensure control mechanisms are in place and German legal and accounting standards are always met
Drive for process changes and systems improvements across German legal entities
Contact person for US requirements

Unsere Anforderungen:

University degree in business administration or comparable qualification
Experience in accounting (HGB and US-GAAP), annual closings and periodic reporting
Project experience within an international and challenging environment will be highly beneficial
Very good software skill: SAP FI and CO, Hyperion, MS Office
Strong affinity to IT systems
Proactive working attitude with an interest in driving change
Fluent German and English language skills are essential
